CM Dr. Mohan Granted Promotions After 10 Years

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given a major long-awaited gift to government officers and employees by initiating the promotion process after a gap of ten years. As soon as the process began, officers and employees welcomed CM Dr. Yadav. During the occasion, employees also requested that the promotion process be started soon in departments where it has not yet begun. In response, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav assured them that every eligible officer and employee would receive their promotion. This government initiative is expected to benefit hundreds of thousands of employees.

Notably, on July 8, as Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav arrived at the Secretariat for the Cabinet meeting, drums and traditional musical instruments were played to welcome him. Officers and employees gathered in large numbers to greet him, and they presented him with a bouquet. On the occasion, the employees said that they were expressing their gratitude to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for initiating the promotion process.

Office bearers of the Employees’ Welfare Committee, the Secretariat Employees’ Union, and AJAKS were also present at the event. It is worth mentioning that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has already made it clear that he is committed to employee welfare. On this occasion as well, he assured the representatives of the employee unions that no eligible employee would be subjected to injustice. He had begun taking initiatives for employee welfare soon after assuming office, and as a result, hundreds of thousands of employees are now set to benefit directly.
