Ram Mandir- The SIT submitted its preliminary report to Chief Minister Yogi.

The SIT investigating alleged irregularities in the donation funds and offerings at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow today (Sunday) and submitted its preliminary report. During the six-day intensive investigation, the team conducted inquiries for more than 60 hours and questioned over 150 suspicious individuals. Attention is now focused on what evidence the SIT has found in this case involving offerings worth crores of rupees and what further action may be taken.
A total of 35 donation boxes have been installed in the Ram Temple complex. All of them are opened twice daily. During this process, four employees from the trust and the bank are present. The counting is carried out in two shifts. The first shift begins at 8 a.m. and continues until 2 p.m. The second shift runs from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Each shift involves about 20 workers.
The offerings are counted in the basement of the Pilgrim Facilitation Center, located about 200 meters from the Ram Temple. Anil Mishra’s cabin is situated right next to the counting room. The SIT has also questioned Anil Mishra. In the alleged offering theft case, the SIT has questioned 150 people. It is believed that action may be taken against around 25 individuals. For now, office-bearers of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have been barred from leaving the district.
