PLI Scheme Powers Indian Food Processing Sector

Under the Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Food Processing Industry (PLISFPI), cumulative investment of ₹9,207 crore has been made by the approved applicants.

The cumulative export sales of the PLISFPI beneficiaries from FY April, 2021 to FY September, 2025 is Rs.89053.44 crore for the approved products.Under PLISFPI Scheme, 170 applications have been approved. No application has been pending for approval under the Scheme.
