Dr. Anoop Nigam will be given the highest honor by the IMA

The state-level executive committee(Madhya Pradesh) of the Indian Medical Association recently decided that Dr. Nigam will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

This will take place at the state IMA’s annual conference, which is being held in Sagar on 23 and 24 October. The Union and state government health ministers will attend as chief guests.

Dr. Anoop Nigam has been serving as the president of the Indian Association of Pathology for the past two years and also served as the president of the IMA, Madhya Pradesh, in 2020-2021. Dr. Anoop Nigam is currently working as a senior professor in the Department of Pathology at R. D. Gardi Medical College.,Ujjain,Madhya Pradesh.

Expressing their happiness over this honor, other members of the Department of Pathology, Dr. G. L. Agrawal and Dr. G. K. Nagar, said that this is a matter of great pride for the doctors of Madhya Pradesh.(UPDATED ON 21ST AUGUST 2026)
