Monsoon Session of Parliament may be Stormy

Parliament’s Monsoon Session is set to begin on July 20. This year’s session will run from July 20 to August 13. It is believed that this session could also be stormy, with the opposition considering strategies to corner the government on several issues. Meanwhile, a meeting of the Congress Parliamentary Party has been called by its chairperson, Sonia Gandhi, on July 16 in Delhi.

According to media reports, , the Congress has already been attacking the government over issues such as the alleged Ram Temple donation scam, NEET, ethanol, and other matters. The party plans to raise these issues in Parliament as well. A floor management strategy will also be worked out during the meeting.

The meeting is likely to take place at 10 Janpath. Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, and several Congress MPs are expected to attend. During the meeting, a plan will be prepared to target the government during the Monsoon Session.(UPDATED ON 13TH JULY 2026)
