Rahul Gandhi Wasting Budget Session On Single Issue

Union Minister Chirag Paswan today accused Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in Lok Sabha for wasting the entire budget session due to his insistence on a single issue. Talking to the media, outside Parliament, Mr Paswan said that opposition colleagues, including regional party leaders, could not speak on the President’s and the Budget due to the stubbornness of Mr Gandhi.

He said that the claim that the opposition was denied an opportunity to speak is incorrect. Mr Paswan said that they were repeatedly given chances.(UPDATED ON 10TH FEBRUARY 2026)
